Got my truck last Saturday and stopped twice on my 5 hour road trip home trying to find that rattle coming from the back seat area.
Finally figured it out last night.
The rear seat back can be nice and upright and look totally normal.
But turned out it was not fully latched into place, you have to slam it a bit to get it to latch.
All good now.

Also pulled the headrest off and stowed them in the under-seat pocket for now.

I had to put a shim on the little hook in the back to get mine to latch.

Mine has to be slammed also like the hood and driver's side doors. It wasn't latched on my 1200 mile trip. I didn't notice a rattle but did notice the seat moving when braking.

Mine takes a heafty push to latch as well. I find if I put my palm on the seat right where the latch is, it latches a little easier. I'm going to look into Crapblaster's shim idea.

You can't see back there, I put some rolled up plumbers putty on it and slowly pushed it back to see where it landed on the latch.

Mine doesn’t lock even when slamming it. Took the headrests off the second day. Now I can clearly see out the rear window with rear view mirror 👍

Hi there! I can look into your Bronco's noise concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

Thank you
It's a Ranger Raptor.
Mine is fixed.
The back seat was not fully latched.
My Bronco is fine.

Mine was rattling too after delivery, I found the drivers side headrest was in backwards, that prevented the seat from fully latching but it looked fine. After reversing that, it's been quiet and locked.

I wish Ford would utilize the flip-down headrests that seem to be everywhere. It‘s literally just a locking hinge and a release lever.
Yes, my F150 has them, a little disappointed that the RR does not.
