Just filled up with mid grade (89 octane) for $5.25 this morning. Regular is sitting between $5.03 and $5.10 depending on what gas station in town you visit.

Hold on to your butts……..It’s ONLY going to get worse!
Here in Western WA State we’re floating around $5.50-5.75 but diesels flying high at nearly $8 & higher! Crazy!
Of course with the Ford Tune premium is rqd. and that’s pushing another $buck. NUTS!

The company van & gas card are worth a premium right now. Thank the cosmos for the Union Trades - UA Local 26 Plumbers & Pipefitters 27 years strong!

Luckily I still have my 2018 Ford Fiesta. It gets 41 mpg on the expressway which I will now use driving down to Tennessee

Rolled my tune back to stock to get a PCM update but will probably leave it off to run regular for a while. First fill-up of 87 in almost 60,000 miles felt wrong. Going to make sure to run some Techron every once in a while and mix in a 91/93 if I see a good price at Costco.

Ouch, we're sitting at $4.45 for regular at my preferred Sunoco station. The 94 octane that I use for the Raptor is another dollar at least.

Also in the Chicago suburbs, yay Crook County, I feel like most of the time Costco has the cheapest gas prices, filled there for 4.59/gal for reg or 5.69/gal for premium the other day, but I also frequently use GasBuddy as well when traveling.

Here are some stations in NW Indiana, it's up about 30 cents from last week. The IN Governor suspended the excise and sales tax a bit after the rises started in the Spring and has extended the 'tax' holiday' numerous times. My city straddles the IN/IL border and the stations by state line are probably 75 to 80% Illinois residents coming from "Crook' County IL. I'm about 4 miles from the border and stations are usually a dime lower than the ones right on or near the state line.

Thanks for mentioning that. I normally take 57 to Tennessee, but I could go a little bit farther east and take 65 through Indiana to Tennessee and save on gas.

What part of the state are you heading to? Nashville to Memphis is probably worse than 57 to 55 through AR. 65 is best for Nashville area and east, and 75 for Knoxville. area and east. What about 24 through Clarksville, TN? Doesn't that continue up through KY to IN, or another interstate? Might be another alternative.
