Well group it has been great to be apart of this community. But I am saying good bye . I have a 2025 F150 RCSB 5.0 4x4 on the way and zi am pretty sure I am getting the Ford Performance Whipple stage 1 installed. I realize I will be missing the fancy interior. Sounds like a cool build.
That seems to be a really popular setup these days.
I do wish Ford still offered a nice interior in a regular cab.
It's been decades since you could get leather in a regular cab.
I believe Ram was the last one standing somewhere in the early 2000s for them.
The rest Ford and GM dropped premium interiors in Regular cab full size trucks back in the 90s.

I sure hope someday Ford drops the Coyote into the RR, that would be my dream setup for light duty truck. I really miss that V8 rumble too. If Jeep every gets that 392 shoved into a Gladiator, I may have to look into giving one of those a try.

Been watching a lot of stuff on custom motor swap Gladiators.
It would be cool to see a factory built one, much less expensive than going the motor swap route.






I have been a little curious why we dont have companies like this doing Coyote swaps on RRs and Broncos too.

I had found something around last year's SEMA where a company had a previous generation coyote swap for the Bronco, but it had some Aftermarket drive-train stuff, I think.

RTR swapped a 7.3 into one of their Broncos and it fits like a glove, but I think that thing also had some custom stuff, but don't remember what was custom outside of it had hydraulic steering.

I've been in the market for another 2014 F150 Tremor. I traded mine in for a 2017 F150 Raptor. The 2014 Tremor was a RCSB with the luxury package and 3.5 ecoboost. They came in FX4 or FX2 trims. The problem is they were almost as rare as hen's teeth and up here in the rust belt most 12 year old trucks are pretty rusty. I looked at one a few weeks ago that was really nice but when I reached way inside of the rockers they were starting to bubble up a little so I passed on it. I widened my search and found a couple in Virginia (12 hours away). Maybe someday I'll have time to do a road trip to get one and if I ever blow up the 3.5 I'll do a Godzilla swap. Below is my old 2014 FX4 Tremor with 34's.

I came very close to pulling the trigger on exactly this. Had it all priced out to order new. The dealer started yanking me around on price and it got me sour on the topic, but 700+ hp with warranty doesn't sound half bad...

Yeah, I dont blame you. When I purchased my Ranger they had an f150 reg cab lowered with big wheels, exhaust, katzkins leather seats, and the v8 coyote engine.. I test drove it and was amazed!

my thoughts were if I wanted a fun sunday driver truck it would be that. It was amazing.
They always have a few in stock. They get them custom done with a shop locally in Brentwood.

There is a lot of chatter about it on the Gladiator forums, but most of the seeming in the know seem to think it’s either not happening or quite a long way off.
I tend to believe its going to happen, but maybe not as a 2026 model.

Funny enough, I got bored today and did some Google searching and found this.

No info is given about price, but you can assume it's probably not going to be less than $20k, since they're only doing it in-house at the moment. I wouldn't put it past them to consider the Ranger if enough people inquire.

Then there's the fact that a 7.3L will also fit and only weighs roughly 100lbs more than the 3.0L Eco V-6.

I don't hate my 3.0L, but if it ever happens to expire, I would give serious thought to putting a V-8 in if a company steps up with a kit like the one I linked above, for the Broncos.

I'd give serious thought to a V-8 Ranger Raptor if Ford offered it, but we're probably talking about a $100k+ truck and I don't think I could do it.
