Looks like a write off(as it may cost more to fix than replace) so you should get max out of your insurance. Glad everyone is OK.
Had this done on my previous vehicle and it was just a small bump and it cost the dealer over $5k to fix it as it needed a new tail light too. They backed it into a floor jack.

Ouch. I feel your pain. Hopefully not literally.

Do you have New Vehicle Replacement / Gap Insurance on your policy? Even if it is 100% the other parties fault, it makes it much easier to get paid out for a brand new vehicle. That is how I ended up in my RRaptor:

It was quite easy to get the money from my insurance because the Canyon was only 2 years old (one week short!) and I had NVR. They cut me a check for the full retail price of a 2026 Canyon AT4X + taxes, minus the deductible. Then once they settled with the other party's insurance I got the $500 back as well. I used all that cash to pay for my RRaptor.

I did have over $7k in accessories that I filed a separate claim directly with his insurance, which they paid out without question. Just had a bunch of receipts and photos so they didn't have a lot to argue about. Oh, and clear dash cam footage.

The medical... that is a whole different game. I'm still figuring that part out.

Got creamed last week by a large fully loaded gravel truck and pup. Was likely a 50 km/h hit. Not drivable. Bummer 19,700 km on our new 2025.
Any one have experience with insurance claims with these unique vehicles?

Good lord, glad you're ok man... wonder if that hit bent the frame? Has always seemed to me, after a hit like that, they are never the same after repairs. Who knows what plastic pieces suffered all through your vehicle due to this smash. Likely cracked plastic everywhere behind the scenes IMO.

Poor Drivers in the Lower Mainland.
Some of these Dump trucks they do not service correctly. Enjoy seeing these trucks pulled over for inspection.
Good in BC they I think charge the companies that hit the over passes.
Good thing I have a short commute.
Let's just keep cramming more people into the area with no new infrastructures.
I take that back. In the Lower Mainland infrastructure has been improved, but you just cannot keep up to the masses.
I like the World Cup in Vancouver, but like Expo 86, the Winter Olympics and sunny weather during events it just promotes more people to wish to move here.
Hey, stay away its way too expensive here !, its rainy in the other Season.
If you are not a four season person do not bother moving here, you will be depressed.
