Has anyone gotten their FordPass points?

Hello : Have had my points since day after purchase of RR.My question to you point valve only got 44,000? plz find out

I just got off the phone with them. They said that I should be recieving 42,000 points that totals to ~$210.

I called Ford and they told me the dealer had to contact them to verify the points(or something like that). Also said it was someone in the service department that had to do it. I called the dealer and they show up in less than an hour.

That makes sense. The dealership I bought mine from was acquired by another dealership days after I bought it. Probably got lost in the process.

On the app there is a shortcut for missing points just fill that out and within a few days your points should be there.

I had to use this link and got my points instantly.

Got mine in a little over a week, I think it is the dealer that is the hold up, when I left after delivery they said that they would get the points added soonest.

I purchased 6/8 and have not received my points yet. Hoping to get the Tuffskins tailgate letters with the points.

I picked up my Ranger Raptor on 4/29/24 and just checked my points. None had been added for vehicle purchase so I used the Missing Points in the app. I just had to put in the purchase date and last 8 digits on VIN and the points (42,000) suddenly appeared!

I just got my points, I guess all you need to do is connect your phone to the truck and the points were instant.
