Has anyone gotten their FordPass points?

It’s been 2 months since I purchased my RR and I still have 0 points. I was curious if you all have gotten yours, and how long it took?

Yes, picked up my R2 on the 4th and the points showed in a day or two in my FP App.

Mine showed same day of purchase but I already had a Ford Pass account from previous Ford purchases and they just applied my account number at the dealership when setting up the Ford Pass app at delivery.

Interesting. I had a Ford Pass account that I set up a few weeks prior to delivery, but the dealership never asked for any of that info. Maybe they set up a different account or something for me. I’ll reach out to Ford and get this figured out. I appreciate the help.

On the app there is a shortcut for missing points just fill that out and within a few days your points should be there.

I picked up my truck 4/26 points were in within 2 days. I set up my ford pass account week or more before I picked up truck. Dealer should have asked for your ford pass account number when you picked up truck.

Hello : Have had my points since day after purchase of RR.My question to you point valve only got 44,000? plz find out

I activated Ford Pass prior to delivery (someone must have verified it in the vehicle) It took a few calls to Ford to get the points. They told me it was due to activation prior to delivery
