Excellent build, brother!

Do you think the Icon can reach the full 3.5" they advertise?

Yes I’m pretty sure you can based on where the collars are on my coilovers set at 2.5”. But from what I’ve read, compressing the springs that much will cause horrible ride quality and coil binding. Seems there are two options if you want more than 2.5” up front: put heavier spring on the icons, or supplement them with a top spacer.

As always - your response is very much appreciated. I’m trying to find a viable solution to my dilemma.

Ha! Well a friend of mine owns a shop and they made the rack for me. We cut and tack welded it together which is shown in my previous pics. Then his shop got slammed with work and he literally still has it sitting in his shop waiting for full welds. I’m not happy about it but he didn’t charge me to do it so I don’t have much leverage in the fight lol. He says I’ll have it soon, we’ll see...

Oh man. One of the downsides of having a friend help you out.

If you end up needing a rack let us know...we have a few in stock.
I love your racks and modeled a lot of mine off of yours. I also bought bike racks and traction board mounts from you guys to go on it. I’ll be glad to take one off your hands if you want to sponsor my build and send me a rack and some decals to slap on my truck. :)

Are these the textured powder coated sliders? If so I'm definitely going with these. I just don't want ones that are overly textured like bed liner material. Definitely like your taste a lot! Sweet build!

Yes sir those are indeed the textured powder coat. Perfect balance of grip and look imo. Thanks for the kind words! I’m just after a clean and very functional build. Very happy with the results so far.
