and here i got my '25 w 6 miles on it at $1700 under msrp
Yep, there’s definitely a difference between California and Minnesota. I’m from California and bought my ’24 Ranger Raptor in St. Louis because that was the closest one I could find at MSRP at that time (made a nice road trip out of driving it home). I also have to pay over $800/year for registration which I’m sure yours is much less. But I also enjoy beautiful weather year round, skiing, beach, and plenty of other amenities you can only find here.

My registration renewal was $877 this year... we have skiing here, plenty of beaches with 15k lakes ;) But winters get cold but i'm of the cold weather people(viking blooded Norwegian) and we like that shit haha. i enjoy hunting and fishing so thats about the only reason i stay in this state.

One other most important factor I would like to add to this conversation or blog, is the availability of the information that we all share. Because of the global market, in our case, the National market, we have much more choices of where to buy our trucks from. I am so happy that we all get to share information across the board.

There is this unspoken word that because a ā€œDealer is a Dealerā€, that he/she has our ā€œBest Interestsā€, at hand. But it’s the very opposite.

Just because the Dealer sells a truck that we do eagerly want, the manufacturer must step in the cases of over reach when selling cars and trucks on the open market, whether in CA, Tx, NY, NJ, FL, etc etc.

Cheers to all in this convo!
