How do I display the navigation screen as shown in the picture?
Please let me know if any changes need to be made in Forscan.

Pretty sure you need to use the onboard GPS navigation system from Ford. It might not work with CarPlay/Android Auto. Should be a navigation page you can scroll to in the center screen options

On my truck, I can get directions from AirPlay as shown.

i believe there was a setting in the center console display to enable that.

it works with Android Auto.

There's a setting in the menu on the dash cluster to enable it. I know it works with Google maps/ android auto, can't speak for other things.

You have (limited) choices for the top gauges, configurable in My View or some such within the dash menu. My directions show up when I use carplay and I approach a turn or the map deems some instruction necessary.

I can confirm it works with Apple CarPlay, I use it all the time. It was a setting in the center cluster, I’ll try to locate it today.

Edit: And for me with CarPlay it works does not work with google maps But does with Apple Maps

Edit: ill have to play around with it some more and pay attention

When the next turn is far away it puts a little prompt between the top four gauges.

When the turn is imminent it displays the larger version in the center.

As others stated, this works with built in GPS otherwise Apple Maps on Carplay or Google Maps on Android Auto.

皆様、親切にありがとうございます。私のレンジャーにはターンバイターンメニューがありません。Forscanで国を変更してみます。

Waze does for me when I get within a half a mile of a turn it'll pop up automatically in the center display.

Then it's just a small arrow at the top of my dash when it's farther away
