They ship Internationally, why don't you just try to order? I have no idea what they charge. I also have no idea if it fits our trucks, they should be able to verify.

Diode Dynamics D-Switch just held on with 3m tape. Trackform makes a rail mount that goes over the radio, they have a dswitch bracket you can use with their setup.

DD dswitch app is also android auto compatible, and it all pops up on the screen

Wow. They don't ship to the US, but they also won't ship to Hawaii!

Currently it is on my ARB Dual battery mount. before I moved it there, I just used the included 3m tape and added more of my own, and stuck it to the fuse box lid. here are both setups.

After I installed the arb dual battery kit with charger, and installed my second battery, I made a plate bracket for my dswitch that I still need to trim the edges and tidy up. but then I moved it to my aux battery. The cables run down to the rad support, across the rad support, up the driverside to the boot in firewall under the brake master. up the apillar to the switchbox. I did originally have it ran across the firewall, but it looked bad, with all the slack looped up. lol

I can get current pictures of wiring route later if you want.
