Congrats on your new truck. Sweet whitey 4 wheeler. The best color agains rash and bush scratches. Hope you enjoy it a lot. Mine is also a white Wildtrak (south african made).
Yours look so well with the decals.

When I was a kid, I saw an issue of Hot Rod magazine with a Shelby Cobra replica on the cover. It was white with silver racing stripes and was the coolest car I’d ever seen. Ever since then I’ve wanted a white sports car (or truck) with silver stripes/trim.

Congratulations on your new family member! Treat her right and you won’t have any regrets.

Congratulations on your new ride. Whether you’ve had Ford blue pulsing through your veins for years, or if this is your first infusion of it, welcome aboard.

That red color was the one I almost got😂

I came from Toyota for almost 5 decades my whole family was all about Toyota. Not anymore..
I'm in the same boat. Last 3 trucks were Toyotas. Not impressed at all with the direction they have gone recently so I bailed on the brand.

Compared to the other manufactures in the Big 3. Ford has run their Operations well.

I am happy with the build quality for what it is.

Welcome to 6G.

Thank you, I came from decades of Toyota mind set of meticulous maintenance so she’s gonna be treated very well.

Welcome!!

For 35 years I sold Pontiacs and Hondas. Ten years ago I went to a Ford store and have since owned an Escape, and now we have an Edge and a Ranger. Loved all three. My family has since switched over to several Fords and been pleased with them.

I love your White Ranger, but I gotta say, I really love my Ruby Red 2025 - other than my 2000 Miata, it's the best vehicle I've owned. Our 2020 Edge has been great to drive as well.

great photography. and the Miata is untouchable in terms of driving enjoyment. but I think the ranger can haul a little more lol.

I was going to purchase a 5G Ranger. That was a minor revamp.

The 2025 2.3L MPC sold me.

With new vehicles there's way to many sensors. I cam from a 4G Ranger. 2.3L, standard, roll up windows. Very basic.

Hopefully this is my last vehicle. I will be putting an extended warranty on it.

The one system that i think get's over work is the E Brake system.
I activated the brake assist. The E Brake is applied every time the motor is shut off.
Weird feeling when you take off and the E Brake holds for a couple of seconds.

I will look at the brake system regularly. i figure every tire rotation.
Clean Calipers/ pad slides, mounting bracket and grease guide pins if needed.
Ensure pads are wearing evenly.

Just change the oil and filter more often then manual suggests.
Like a lot of modern engines the cylinders are not sleeved. They have a low friction coating. You do not want to scratch that with dirty oil.

Thanks Scotty! Between having a pickup, SUV and convertible, I think I have all my bases covered. :like:

Here's my 2000 Miata with only 52,000 miles:

Welcome. My gen 2 f150 raptor was my first ford as well. After 3 sets of cam phaser failures, I told myself, ford no more. Yet, I somehow ended up with an RR :)
