Trying to get educated on this process. My RR has been on order since September of last year and when I ask my salesman how many they are allocated, I get a long answer without a number. I have no idea on my Priority number but after reading this I will ask.

I get the emails from Ford saying my order has been Confirmed (Step 1 of 4) but nothing further. I seriously doubt it will get built and not sure if this dealer can secure me a '25 spot.

Tried searching the inventory in my state and the ones around me but the few I found wanted 10K ADM which makes my blood pressure rise with the instant depreciation.

Any insight on how to scrutinize my dealer's information is welcomed.
Sounds like your dealer/salesperson is not wanting to disclose their # of allocations and changing your existing dealer priority #. Some dealers for some reason do not want to disclose their allocations, which is dumb to me, if they have none they should let you know so you can have the opportunity to source a dealer that does have an allocation. But they want to keep you tied up with them regardless how long that takes. Just just not a right way to do business imo, Try going to the general sales manager or owner of the dealership and ask them the # of available allocations they have for your truck, and ask them to change the dealer priority to a 3. They can assign it a 3 - 19, the lower the number the better, but that only affects the orders within that 1 dealership, it means nothing to ford. If the dealer doesn't have an allocation for the vehicle, ford is not going to build it until the dealer does have one. Ford is only going to build the trucks that they have all the parts allotted to completely build it as configured and your dealer having a open allocation for it.. It sounds to me their blowing smoke not giving you answers to your questions. If they still want give you the requested information, I would ask for my down payment $ back (if you gave them any) and go search for a more honest dealer that has an allocation or find on on the lot - which you might have to travel to get it.

DId your dealer give you your number? What options did you include in that order? Allocations are given monthly. Look out of state as well, plenty of dealerships will work with you out of state for msrp.

Finally got a Priority number out of them. It's a 13. I requested a 3

Claims it "Only goes low like that when Ford schedules the unit"

Not in a hurry for the unit but think I will wait for 25 order banks to open up but probably need to pick a different dealer.

I have tried to search in a 500 mile radius but very few will deal MSRP and if I happen to find one, I am not fond of the color.

The claim is a lie, but also 13 should be good enough to get it built (depending on options). They will be doing / have already done the balance out for the year for what they will build as the 25 orders should be announced / open up in like 2 weeks.

775 unscheduled orders in the bank currently, They are scheduling for october currently, and the optional wheel is limited availability.

Try looking and posting on Ford Finder group on Facebook. A few msrp RR are posted on there and you can put in a request and a dealer might connect with you.

I did not order many options. Standard wheels, not a graphics person, plan on a bed rug and tonneau so not spray in liner. I did order the keypad (only $95 bucks and I love it on my wife's F150)

It's good that they are scheduling for October so maybe there is hope.

Got an update from Ford yesterday and the tracker still says it is Not Scheduled. I am coming up on a year since I put my order in... seems crazy to me

Wow, that seems excessive, maybe I'm wrong. Is it a Raptor? Could it be your dealer does not have any allocations?

It is a RR. Not sure how many they got in but ironically if you follow the TFL YouTube guys, they got their RR from this same dealership. They make it sound like the just walk in and buy it, but my guy says Ford sets them up due to their following.

Toyota Corporate did the same thing for TFL earlier this year with a Tacoma. They plugged them into a dealer that sold it to them at MSRP when that dealership was doing ADM pricing on all their new Tacoma's at the time.

Well, I got an update from my dealer and the ford website that my build is now scheduled for the first week of November. Seems crazy a year and 4 months after my order.
Also seems crazy but I think it will still be a 24 and not a 25

I've got a deposit on an yet to be built Ranger Raptor. I saw it pop up on the Ford inventory finder as "Dealer Ordered" late last week, reached out and found out it was available @MSRP. Through some foolery with the window sticker, I was able to get the order number figured out and plugged the info into the Ford Tracker. It shows that it was ordered June 13, 2023 and is scheduled to be built this week. I checked another truck I'm possibly interested in and it's scheduled for this week and was ordered 05/31/23.
