MyView Resets

Mine loses all my gauge selections every time. Seems like they only stick around a day or two. My RR is my daily driver.

Same here, twice in 2 weeks of ownership. I wonder if the Sync system does some sort of sync to the cloud every so often which sets these MyViews back to defaults? Truck is brand new, battery strong, no mods. I can try toggling off automatic updates to see if that plays any role. It is not getting an update but I wonder if it checks for one in the background maybe it resets some defaults? Either way, it is a bug and they need to address it.

It seems like this is a well documented thing with the myView. On a different thread, Specularius stated that his 26 Raptor did not have the Ford Built Tough splash screen activated from the factory. Another member with a 26 also stated the same. I wonder if it was turned off as it is interfering with the MyView settings. I thing I am going to disable it and see if I lose my settings. I am really getting sick of having to rest the cluster.

Mine fully reset multiple times during the last month, including the 2 customizable gauges in the top row and reseting the screens in My Gauges. The only time I recall that happening before was after writing updates with FORscan. Maybe that's a clue.

Mines does this randomly. Maybe not for days, maybe 2-3 times a day. Even forgets the R button preferences .
Never been to the dealer, never touched with forscan...

So I disabled the "Built Tough" splash screen on the cluster. I will update if that fixes the Myview reset problem or not. Time will tell

So just an update, So far, since I disabled the "Built Ford Tough" startup screen, I have not lost my setting on MyView. However, I am not saying that it fixed it yet because it is still too early to know for sure. You guys know how it is. It can be fine for a week then without any warning, reset twice in a day. Time will tell.

This is what I changed using Forscan: IPC 720-03-02 is xxx7 xxxx xxxx, which is Welcome/Goodbye disabled. So far, I have not experienced the loss of the presets. However, I have not driven my truck that much so time will still tell.

Update: I have noticed that my screen changes to another screen randomly. Seems to be when I switch from "normal" dive mode to something else. It doesn't lose my custom view, just moves to another view.

Every drive mode has its unique screen. Is that what you're seeing?

Possibly, but it doesn't switch back to my custom view when I go back to "normal" mode.

Just another update 07-26-26. Nope. Did not fix the MyView reset problem. I just lost everything again this morning.
