New 2026 Ranger Raptor, Replaces 2019 Gen 2 F150 Raptor

New to this forum, came from FRF and a gen 2 - 2019 Raptor. There are some very distinct differences but so far the Ranger Raptor is awesome. Still in the break in period and still learning the differences between the 2, there are advantages and disadvantages which is obvious. It seems apparent to me that Ford is focusing more efforts towards the Ranger Raptor platform than the current F150 Raptor. Maybe they will catch that up with the gen 4 F150 Raptor in 2029 MY. Already have several add ons that should have been part of the standard package, maybe Ford designers need to pay closer attention to the forums. Appreciate the great info in these forums. I hope they transition to the aluminum body panels on the next gen ranger raptor, shaving 400 to 500 lbs alone would be such a massive upgrade.

Agree on the cooled seats, miss those. Also add a grab bar on the drivers side so I don't have to grab the steering wheel on entry (retired senior - lol). Also the gear indicator on the instrument panel. And what about a tailgate step or some way to access the bed other than a step stool (again senior here). But having all the extra space in the garage around the wifes MDX and the parking and ease of maneuvering are quite nice. The Ford Performance Procal tune is awesome, and should have come standard on the vehicle. But then we have no aftermarket to spend all of our money on..............

This was seriously a huge sticking point for me and almost made me not buy an RR. But I did anyways and don’t regret it… yet

Not the op, but the decals are from zic motorsports (you need to order 2). Fwiw the trick of using a light spray of water/soap to allow adjustment of decal doesn't work with this product, but it's easy to place accurately. I found the cheapest place to buy the tune is discount tire online. No issues with them.

Correct as noted above the decals came from ZIC motorsports and you need to order 2, they do not come as a pair so total was like $18. I got the Ford Performance Procal tune from Tire Rack, $679 with free shipping. Ford Performance price is $850 and local dealer quoted me $800. You. can find the procal tune online by just searching with the part number, numerous retailers actually sell the exact same tune. Part Number - M-9603-REB30
