For the 18% msrp price increase maybe at the least they’ve fixed the mushy brake pedal and suspension woes. As for me with no Scab option it’s a non starter, I don’t like the proportions of the 4dr with shorter bed plus I really don’t have a need for a 4 person cab.

Frontier has 6 foot bed. I expect Tacoma to offer 6 foot bed.
only in CREW cab configuration- and optional from what I learned on their B&P site this morning. I need/want the 6' bed on extended cab (KING) cab similar to Ford's SCab. And I want it in 4x2, not 4x4.

I haven't found a Tacoma interior layout that fits me to this day. Ergonomics all wrong for me (and others I've talked to). Will THAT be fixed in the new 1 too? Time will tell, but I have no reason to even consider them at this point. I'd go Nissan Frontier instead and learn to live with the 5' bed- it's still 1/2' longer than my Maverick
well i expect brand new interior from the taco try win back old customers . Im sure its going be most expensive mid size truck. As far mav bed size you can still fit washer in it ! Ive seen people fit quite bit of crap in the maverick bed! Reminds me old days small trucks carrying full size truck load! . The maverick also has more legroom front and back than current ranger.

thats gotta be package probably trailhunter?? lol that is bad from color standpoint but thats huge ass screen so kinda cool. Im sureyou can pick the color of the interior.... Looks like you still got all your knobs what not.
Don't get me wrong, I love big screens, but I think the way Ranger and GM twins integrated their screens is WAY better. This monstrosity looks so tacked on the way it floats halfway over the dash.

I think the screen looks terrible if those pictures are right. It looks like it was stuck on as a after thought and also looks like it is in the way.

Agreed. I drive to far to much and it just has never been comfortable for me. It could change though with the new one.

i think bigger screen is made to appeal younger people to be honest... It has command center vibe to it but if it has stability issues its worthless.

So no mention of PHEV or plans (I know the May 15-30 "pending updates" blah blah blah but i'm not holding on hope)
No Crew w/Long Box
No Rear HVAC vents (why I didn't go with a Bronco, since i have young kids)

I am glad they offer the 2.7 I think they would have to since the 2.3 doesn't appear to be the updated one from Mustang, and i know its a "package", but not even a peep about a ranger tremor?
A tremor with 2.7 would be pretty slick.

Honestly I may just hold off to see what the Tacoma reveals. or try to pick up a Wrangler 4xe cheaper now that 24 models have been released lol i don't know; i'm so conflicted lol
I do "truck stuff" but honestly probably nothing that can't be handled with a smaller (which is what i wanted) SUV & utility trailer. Or do i just go maverick FX4, i really was holding out for atleast 5000 lbs towing, which is why no bronco/wrangler, or mav before, but i just don't know....

if you were expecting them keep 6 foot alive... i have bridge to sell you. I don't see Tacoma either. If they do,... That will be huge . Finding out theirs no auto 4x4 except raptor is kinda bizarre. That shouldn't happen in 2023. No bed steps as standard equipment. A zonk. The 2023 rangers are looking pretty good right now.
We've already seen the Tacoma will have an extended cab, a crew cab and 5' & 6' beds

The part that puts a damper on it for me is the no Hybrid. I am impressed with the 3-4 extra inches of legroom.... but waiting to see what the Tacoma is like to zero in on something for sure.

Not revealing anything about a hybrid at this point does not mean no hybrid. We may not hear about it for a while since it is expected for the 2025 model year.

there was a gain in legroom?
I thought interior dimensions were virtually unchanged?
