How fair are your business managers on trade-ins? Would hate to waste the time ordering to end up not getting a good trade for current truck.

X Plan hasn’t been released for the 24 Ranger so there’s no way to compare yet.

Correct, the Ford Partner site doesn't have it yet, but dealers can pull up the Xplan price for an order. It's on my dealer order sheet.

Well there we go. Learned something new today. I believe the X plan formula is posted in one of the FAQs you might be able to work out your answer by doing the math backwards.

Invoice - 0.4% + 275.00 X plan fee = X plan price

So going by granger pricing: invoice is 3.78% less than MSRP
It gives you a close idea of invoice for your build.
X plan is good for XL, XLT and Lariat not Raptor
Ford does not let you use X plan on specialty vehicles.

We give a trade price within 30 days of arrival here on the lot. We cannot lock in a trade because of the volatility of the market at the time of order.

This also gives you time to compare our offer versus selling locally as well.

For you guys that have bought out of state from Granger Ford. How did the taxes go? Do they give you a check for taxes the day you purchase the truck or does it get mailed to you at a later date? Also is the check made out to you of the Secretary of State for your state? I asked the salesman and and didn't really get a straight answer and said he will talk about it when the vehicle gets built. He mentioned it would be mailed out within a couple weeks after purchasing the truck. That seems like a long time because can't register the vehicle until taxes are paid. Plus I don't want to pay out of pocket for taxes and then they send a check made out to the Illinois Secretary of state.
