Order Tracker Status

They are terribly slow at updating the progress info. I just got off the phone with a very helpful and knowledge person, my truck went into production on Mar 8, no movement on the tracker at all other than in production Mar 8. she told me that she can see as of mar 11 that the truck is built, I also now can manage to get and print the window sticker. she said there has not been any updates to the system since Mar 11, no info at all although she sees a tentative delivery date to my dealer between April 4 and April 11, of course with the standard disclosure of that may not happen, now the interesting part is she said the truck could be anywhere including in shipment
but at this time there is nothing recorded since 11 days ago Mar 11. talk about delayed reporting!

I get that, but to a point. This truck has been built and the sticker avail since 1.22. That's two months ago... the dealer was expecting it on 2.15. Again, I get that delays happen and tracking delays happen, but this specific truck hasn't been update in 60 days. Currently, no one is even able to give me a new estimate which makes me think there is something deeper wrong with the January builds as this story seems to be the same for everyone that had their truck completed in January.

I saw at least one person with a 1/11 blend date that was scheduled for shipping here.
It could just be that they are all piled up in the back of the lot and blocked in. Which was something i was scared of happened. could be something else mine was built 1/12 and the tracker page had updated dates on 3/9 and 3/16 but no other visibly movement.

Called Ford again and keep getting different responses. This time ramp 4G awaiting update. This reminds me when I ordered a Focus ST and it dropped out of production. Found out it was QA'ed and never made it out of production. LARIAT FX4 CACTUS GRAY ADVANCED TOWING PACKAGE INTEGRATED BOX SIDE STEP TOUGHBED SPRAY-IN. Dealer clueless. I asked the dealer to reorder the same specs because I see newer orders getting processed. I have had a 2019 FX4 and currently a 2020 Ranger FX4. 2024?????

According to my Sales Manager - Ramp 4G is where the trucks wait for the train.

I have roughly the same dates as you and my truck shipped two days ago to Kentucky. Hopefully, you're not too far behind. Each day the delivery dates on the tracker have changed since it officially switched to shipped. They've narrowed a but.

Be curious to know how long that shipping takes since I’m in Ky too. My sales person shared that ford could send it via rail or by truck. My Ranger will be picked up in Crestwood.

The window sticker will state the official method, but if to says "Rail", I guess it always a mix since most dealers aren't at rail yards, it'll leave Michigan on a train and then transfer to a truck eventually.

Well according to sour-ces, a couple dozen of them Rangers have shipped. So someone out there has that built & shipped checked off.

XLT came in today, out with the 2019, in with the 2024...hope i get some good years out this one too...

Mine has been in production since 02/16.
It’s built, been to the mod shop for graphics and bed liner. Back to the lot 4G.
No updates since 02/21
