I just did the procal update on my 25 Ranger Raptor. Now I have body control module fault and four-wheel drive fault. YayI just plugged in my procal to the pc and opened procal software. It found an update. I ran the update and it wrote the new file successfully. Not sure how to proceed. Do I reflash back to factory, then reflash the tune?
I found the below online. Anyone out there done this?

Yes, if you update your Ford Performance ProCal 4 device software via a PC, you generally need to reflash (reload) the performance tune onto your vehicle.
Updating the ProCal tool itself on a computer often wipes the existing files—including the performance tune and stock calibration—from the device, necessitating a complete re-installation of the tune to the vehicle.
ProCal 4 Update Protocol (Recommendations)
Based on user reports and to avoid having the tune erased from the ProCal device, follow these steps to ensure the update goes smoothly:
Return to Stock: Before plugging your ProCal 4 device into a laptop, connect it to your vehicle and return your vehicle to its factory stock tune.
Run Update: Connect the device to the laptop and perform the update.
Restore Tune: Once updated, connect the device back to the vehicle to save the "stock file" again (even if you just did this, the update often requires a fresh save).
Re-download/Reinstall Tune: Connect the device back to the laptop to download the performance calibration again, and then install it to the vehicle.
HpTuners. What software is that? Seems... manufacture-y
That is not quite correct. When I had my 2016 Mustang GT, they updated the cal one time for fix a SW bug. It's going to depend on if the issue affects emissions or if it's a drivability issue (trans tuning etc.)If there was an actual change to the tune, Ford would probably have to reapply for certification again. I have my doubts there is any real value in updating after the tune has been applied.
Did you ever get these faults resolved? I hooked mine up to my PC and see there are updates available.I just did the procal update on my 25 Ranger Raptor. Now I have body control module fault and four-wheel drive fault. Yay
No going to dealer Monday for oil change, 3 recalls and the faults.Did you ever get these faults resolved? I hooked mine up to my PC and see there are updates available.
Good luck! I wonder if the update reset anything around your bigger tires. I came across this post last night and it sounded familiar: https://www.ranger6g.com/forum/thre...24-crowdsourced-spreadsheet.12611/post-284171. Not sure if you already tried it, but a couple of posts down he fixed his faults by going through the trans relearn process. No going to dealer Monday for oil change, 3 recalls and the faults.
