Ranger & Ranger Raptor Sales: 6,328 in March 2026 and Increased 19.2% in Q1 2026

The Ranger & Ranger Raptor sold 6,328 units in March 2026 and booked Q1 2026 sales of 17,775 units which represents a 19.2% increase in first quarter sales compared to Q1 2025.

Q1 2026 Sales: 17,775 (+19.2%over Q1 2025)
Q1 2026 Production: 15,203 (don't know how this compares to 2025)

Other notes from Ford:
Ranger Production: 15,203
Bronco Production: 41,437
Bronco Sales: 31,197 (-4.3% compared to 2025)
Ford is producing 2.7 Broncos for each Ranger, Ford is selling 2.05 Broncos for each Ranger.

Inventory as of end of March 2026
Ranger: 12,900
Bronco: 42,600


Looks like Ford may be over producing Broncos, based on sales and inventory, and under producing Ranger based on the same data.

Is Ford ever going to devote any kind of marketing effort into Ranger? It is selling well with word-of-mouth "marketing", they could really take a bite out of Tacoma and the GM twins if they tried.

the ranger is the only ford truck that gained from last year. the explorer did well in the suv catagory too,. same as the bronco sport (oddly)

I would have have purchased a RR back in 2024 but there was NO way I was gonna pay 15k over MSRP (some were 18k over). I ended up getting a Ranger XLT FX4 for a good price. Ford can suck it.

I drove to Alabama to get my RR at MSRP because anywhere in FL i could find one was 10-20k over.

2. The dealers determine a market adjustment to price, not Ford. Dealers are 100% independent franchises that do as they please.

I‘ve read articles that lay some of the blame on the slip in f150 sales to lack of production.

but there is such a huge inventory of f150s

Yes. Cars.com shows 1,435 new Rangers within 500 miles from me.

500-mile F150 inventory shows as ”10,000+”

I didnt say that. I said Ford can suck it. I dont care if it's Ford or the dealers controlling the prices. They could have sold a RR and had a happy customer with advertising of said RR but they can "suck it" since they marked the price up. Simple.

The problem I found is that once you start looking for a decently equipped F150 4x4 XLT the price point makes the Ranger Raptor look like a steal. The Raptor is fully loaded for only a couple of thousand dollars more and in some cases I found it to be under. That is not even considering the upper trims packages like the lariat, platinum, etc.
