RR - Now your ETA is "Pending Update" (Updated w/Pictures)

Anyone else? No updates from tracker since 3/22. I've spoken to the dealer, marketing, and chat (several times), and was told this yesterday. It has not shipped yet and is "Pending Update". I've seen the threads about QA hold, but this is not that.

"Congrats on your new vehicle! I show the status of your 2024 ranger is showing In Production& Produced at the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant, MI as of Mar-22-2024. You did have a recent ETA of Apr-02-2024 up to Apr-08-2024. Now your ETA is "Pending Update" for ETA Disposition. These are the only details given on the update at the moment."

Update: Picked it up 4/26. Loving it!

That's the currently level of purgatory that mine is at as well. In production 3/11, last updated 3/11.

Great... it's so odd because they bother to provide an ETA. Obviously, it's some projection by a system, but you would think they'd know if it was actually pending some software update or otherwise is in a holding pattern. My guess is they are using this status in the absence of planning and communicating real updates. My order was placed 07/17/2023. Sadness.

Hopefully, moving it to a ramp is good news. My blend was 2/13 and crickets as well.

Same here. Blend 4 MAR, "Pending Update" for weeks. And yeah, Chat, Phone Rep, and Dealer have no idea what that means.

On 3/31/24 mine updated to built and on 4/1/24 it updated to shipped with an ETA of 4/11/24 - 4/24/24. Hopefully yours ships soon.

Mine has been in production since 3/13 with a QC hold email somewhere in there. Spoke to Ford chat yesterday and they said they have no updates other than what I see on the tracker. Meanwhile, the dealer called me a week ago saying the truck was built and would be here this month. I dont know who to believe.
