UH-OH! I'm in Trouble!

My plan was to order a 2026 RR this month, get it in a couple months, and sell my current truck to make the payments till I draw SS in October. But a couple days ago a 2025 showed up spec'd almost exactly as I would have ordered it. Shelter Green Metallic, non-bead lock capable rims and spray-in liner. It has the keypad which I didn't think I'd be a fan of but looks better on the Shelter Green than I thought. Just needs mud flaps for some protection. I may be driving it home tomorrow!

Hope your dealer is offering under MSRP on a 2025 this close to the end of the year. If not I'd recommend shopping around. A lot of dealers are selling below MSRP. Awesome color for sure.

Haven't had a performance, fun on-road truck since my 1991 GMC Syclone. Bought it from an Olds/GMC dealer. The older, laid back salesman had no idea what the truck was capable of. The test drive scared the piss out of him...Shaking like a leaf when we got back. He said if anyone else wants to test drive one he was throwing them the keys and sending them out on their own! LOL!!

The keypad is stuck on with vhb tape and you can easily remove it entirely, or else relocate it to the inside of the fuel door. If you don’t want it on the front door, don’t wait very long to take it off, the paint might not match perfectly otherwise.

Sounds like you ended up with the EXACT build I was looking for. I wish mine came with the spay-in liner and keypad. I’ll eventually be adding both. Saturday will be a month I’ve had mine and don’t even have 300 miles on it yet. I did order mudflaps from RokBlokz but haven’t had time to install them yet.

^^^ I'll be keeping a look out for your rig in charlotte.. im near belmont. You won't feel in trouble when you own a RR. Im 2 months in and am very happy with the purchase.

Dang! Did you order it with missile launchers and ejection seat? What's the holdup? What color and options did you choose?

Nice! I considered the RokBlokz for the added protection but really like the way the OEM's blend with the truck. It would be nice if there were add-ons available that extend the OEM mud flaps down another inch or inch and a half for added protection.
