Today I installed Process West Stage 1 intercooler charge pipes and intake crossover pipes. Turned out great! I was a major PITA though. The only thing worse than this was replacing a blend door motor on a 2004 Ford Explorer. Took 9 hrs and my hands started cramping up the last hr or so. I have an intercooler coming Wednesday from CVF so I’m all ready for an easy swap. Still waiting to decide on intake options. I definitely won’t ever be going back to stock on the pipes, they are here to stay!

Installed a BAK Revolver X4s bed cover. I'm embarrassed to admit it took me 20 minutes to figure how to use the clamps., the directions are worthless. Now I need to figure out how to seal those stake pocket caps. Thinking about using some pieces of black sill guard PPF (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003EP52I8/) to cover them.

I had it done on mine as well. IGL Kenzo Eco Coat, it’s a 2 stage ceramic and then a graphene coat. That’s good for 8 yrs plus some stuff they put on the tires that’s good for 6 months to a yr was $1300. Took a week to do iron removal, paint correction and 4 days of that was curing time. Took it in with 50 miles on the vehicle.

I had 10 yr cerakic coating installed and they also did the windshield. $1500. 6 yr would've been $1200

Picked up my xlt on Friday and got busy this weekend.

BAK X4S installed

Vinyl emblem blackout - super hard to align these and they don’t cover the chrome surround. Good enough for now but probably going to buy the painted ones.

Vinyl tint on side markers

removed fx4 decals and going to replace with gray/black (I thought Ranger decal was 14” but mine is 10.25”)

lasfit tailgate protector - need to add 3m to keep it down on the corners but otherwise nice.

added hood struts - easy install.

washed it and left it back in the shop for a level and wheels.

It actually looks really good. Had to chop my existing exhaust down a few inches so that it didn't show. We'll see how it holds up long term, but its very secure and it looks aggressive.

To be clear, this is a non Raptor Ranger.

Had ceramic tint done today. 5% on the sides/back and 50% on the full front windshield.
