XLT speaker recommendations?

As the title says, any recommendations for 24 XLT speakers upgrades? Anything specific to look for? anything I should avoid? Thanks!

Unfortunately Crutchfield doesn’t have any recommendations or harnesses for the 24 ranger (yet). Hopefully they rectify this soon!

Hoelwiring.com sells a wiring harness for Mavericks and F-150's that will plug directly into the stock tweeter harness. of the Ranger. I recently installed Powerbass S1S 1-inch Silk Dome Tweeters in the front pillars. of my 2024 XLT using this wiring harness. The Metra 72-5602 speaker harness will directly fit into the front and rear speaker stock harness. Crutchfield does offer speaker recommendations for the 2024-2025 Ranger.

Bumping/hijaking - does replacement of the component speakers require wiring or is it plug and play? Do they need additional amplification to be worth it or can I just replace the speakers using stock infotainment as a powersource?

If you're upgrading the speakers only without an amp., you'll want to select speakers with a high sensitivity rating. An internet search explains this pretty well. I ordered JL Audio C-1 coaxial speakers for my front and rear doors from Crutchfield. They supplied the wiring harness adapters, speaker adapters and disassembly notes with the purchase of the speakers. Everything was plug & play and dropped right in....no fuss.
