Performance Upgrade Available for Ranger, Bronco Raptors; Raptor Rally Attendees Get Discount 
DEARBORN, MI, August 29, 2024 – Ford engineers have delivered significant low-end torque and horsepower improvements to the 3.0-liter EcoBoost® engine in the Ranger Raptor and Bronco Raptor thanks to a new software calibration from Ford Performance Parts.
  • Ranger Raptor: Torque jumps from 430 to 536 lb.-ft., while horsepower increases from 405 to 455
  • Bronco Raptor: Torque increases from 440 to 536 lb.-ft. and horsepower climbs from 418 to 455
The upgrades are available for 2024 Ranger Raptor and 2023 and 2024 Bronco Raptors and allow for improved throttle response and an optimized shift schedule, resulting in a more powerful driving experience. The MSRP is listed at  $825 and can be purchased using Ford Pass Rewards points.

Anyone who registers their vehicle and attends Raptor Rally, an exclusive one-day event near the Ford Performance Racing School in Fairfield, Utah, on Sept. 21, will receive a 20% off coupon good for the calibration tool and other eligible accessories at performanceparts.ford.com. Terms and conditions apply.

Raptor Rally costs $500, which includes the vehicle, the owner, and one guest for a day of off-road drive experiences, trail rides, expert workshops, meet and greets with pro off-road racers, hot lap opportunities, Ford news, exclusive giveaways, meals, and more. The calibration can be purchased online (Bronco Raptor Calibration, Ranger Raptor Calibration) to be installed at a local dealer. These calibrations meet Ford durability standards and are covered by the vehicle’s three-year, 36,000-mile Ford Performance parts warranty.

Welp.... I thought my truck was going to stay stock but I guess I've been proven wrong. They released this just in time for mine to be loaded up on the train from MAP. I do like that the BRaptor and the RRaptor get the same power numbers with this tune

I plan on doing this after I have a few oil changes under my belt. I did this tune on my Bronco and my MPG is around 20-21 mpg for the 2.7. Plus more power!

I've been waiting for them to finally announce this and it's on my wish-list.

I'm undecided on how far I may go with performance upgrades, but this is my top item, since it could be a while before the ECU gets cracked.

The website says 3yr/36k mile warranty. Is that a warranty on the tune itself, or is that saying your factory powertrain warranty is reduced by installing this?

Also note, it says premium fuel is required. The base tune only recommends premium fuel. I wonder if we'll be able to flash between the base and performance tunes at will. I don't need all that power on my daily commute.

Popped up in my FordPerformance email. EXCITED. Had it for my '19 Raptor, will order today. So new no instructions available that I see on the product site on Ford Performance. Got an EGR hood protector to install but this will be my last mod (already spray in-liner, Ford bed mat, window tints, decal remove and Ranger tailgate letters). Price the same as 5 years ago, tool looks exactly the same surely install the same which is very simple. My dealer will let me do it all until the last step.
