What did you do to your Ranger Raptor Today?

I also didn’t like the 1/4”ish gap between the rails and bed. This is due to the custom brackets that aren’t the right height. They hold it up off the bed. I think they took a standard product and just whipped up some Ranger brackets. I made a video about it.

So. One did t have the brackets.what do they actually do?

Nope didn't do the back light, but there is wire for it and a wire tap for power... I've had bad luck with taps and didn't feel secure about tapping into unknown sources...

Strange, mine does not hang off the end.

Exactly what mine looks like. Looking from 3/4 view and it appears like it overhangs.

Yup and that big gap I didn’t like either. I would like to see Realtruck update the bracket design lowering the horizontal flange by 3/16” allowing a better seal to the truck. Everyone that installed it should get new brackets

You amd your wife's accents made me chuckle the whole video. Reminds me of the one time i have ever been far up north, to minnesota. Everyone there spoke so funny, too.

I grew up in hawaii, southern california, and texas so i never really lived anywhere with that northern accent so it always makes me smile when people have it. I enjoy listening to how people speak and the different words they use around the country

Added those @Muslogy Auto mud flaps.

These things look factory parts, the shape and fit is so perfect. I am glad i saw them here on ranger6g. I told my oldest son too, for when he gets his new ranger, because he wants mud flaps too.

Thet look and mount better than the factory flaps on my ol red 04 ranger. That one uses christmas tree style push in plastic clips and thise have worn out over time and needed to be replaced since they dont get expanded eith the center pin for a more interference type fit

We made them in our sheet metal shop. I inbeded rivnut sin the bottom of the top portion of the bumper.

Added the Wildtrack roof rails. I have the low profile Wildtrack cross members coming Thursday.

Yesterday, but...hit the truck with the power washer to try to get as much of the road salt and other junk they coat the roads with around here when it snows. Then finished wash and some Meguiar's hybrid ceramic before drying. Nieghbors must think I'm nuts as I lay out some cardboard and finish by crawling around underneath to clean up those beautiful, orange Fox shocks and the other suspension pieces.
