You’re correct. We also added 2 K&N stickers.

Most bolt ons. Process West product catalog, Nostrum HPFP, Injectors, Milltek exhaust, ZFG Racing tuning, and Suncoast transmission upgrades.
Are you running it on Ethanol?

Dynojet roller dyno. This was rubber on the roller. Lots of people use other versions which work great but read higher due to less resistance.

Didn’t list all the info. See below.

Product Features:

• Direct-Fit Upgrade for the 2022+ Ford Bronco / 2024 - 2025 Ranger Raptor 3.0L

• Kit part number contains complete LH & RH turbo assemblies with

calibrated electric actuators

• Garrett is the OEM turbocharger for this application

• CARB Emissions Certified D-871-4

• Supports up to 640BHP | 477kW (+18% compressor flow and +6%

turbine flow compared to the OEM turbo)

• 41mm compressor inducer compared to 38mm on the OEM turbo

• Stainless Steel turbine housing rated up to 950°C

Application Data:

Engine Power Model Comp Ind Comp Exd Turb Ind Turb Exd

3.0L V6 Twin Turbo 640BHP | 477 kW GT1752S 41mm 52mm 44mm 39mm

Kit Part Number

LH & RH Turbo

926432-5002S

*Dyno numbers were achieved using e50 fueling and supporting bolt on modifications

**820 Horsepower is measured at the crank/motor. With an average of 20% drive line loss.

Price is for a set of turbos.
Product data says these turbos support 640 BHP = crank. Is this a pump gas figure from the mfr? I’m genuinely confused now, but not trying to be argumentative in the least bit.

Sounds interesting. Unfortunately I don’t have an unlimited supply of $$ for repairs or any backup transmissions laying around to swap when it blows up. Interested to see some real world driving with them installed though.

Yes.
The dyno numbers were from when we first did the build, over a year ago. Then we were mixing 93 & pump e85 for around an e40 blend. Tune says e50 but actual was e40. Easier to keep up with than having a tune called e40.7439, so most of them are 91,93,e30,e50,e85 tunes.

You can run full pump e85 with a stock RR, as long as your tuned for it. Although you'll end up making more power on 93 because it burns up faster and requires more fuel & the stock HPFP/Injectors can't keep up.

No, I get it. There's so much going on with these you almost have to be like Rainman to understand it all. Adam (ZFG Racing) is my Rainman (hope he doesn't see this 🤣).

Two fold question.
A:
These being a global platform, us getting them after everyone else, and Garrett also being global, we're the minority at the moment with most of the sales happening elsewhere. So the marketing is not American Standard. I copied and pasted that part as I was excited to finally let the cat out, instead of waiting on US marketing version.

2:
Whether it's injectors, turbos, HPFP, etc. the science behind it says the part/device with x happening in an ideal environment will produce standard results of x. It's a way for them to measure equally across the board & put out numbers for the public. We're not "standard" & haven't tested a part yet with these type of ratings, where we didn't surpass their projected data. Having previous platform knowledge & supporting mods, enables this. Hope that makes sense, I probably messed up something.

I've been using these for over a year with more power than what is listed. Our blocks in the R code engine "should" be good for at least another 80-100 rwhp than what is shown on the dynograph.
I will let you know at what point they go ecoBoom. We're breaking stuff, so you don't have to.

In regards to the transmission. With the factory 33" tires, tq is limited to 520ft lb. Anything over and it's not "if" it goes out but "when". Maybe a year, maybe a week. All depends on driving habits. A few of our clutches in the 10r60 get engaged much more than the rest and begin to slip, heating up fluid, and eventually failure. Preventative maintenance would be replace the clutch pack and valve body for around $1500. Then you have a trans that's very close to the 10r80 since a lot of the components are the same/similar (clutch plates are a little smaller in the r60).

OHHH YEAAHHH (Kool aid man voice)!

The twins are finally here!

Excited to announce the new Garrett PowerMax turbos for our Ranger Raptors!

Garrett called upon the EcoBoost experts at ZFG Racing & Nostrum Performance to help engineer a turbo upgrade for the Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 (Bronco Raptor).
This dream team put down a staggering dyno run of 657 Rear wheel horsepower & 655 lb ft of torque*!

Goodbye head gasket, transmission. Pump gas? who would spend 60K on a Raptor and turn it into a bomb?

Can this be used with the FP tune or does it need a specialized tune to go along with it?

Custom tuning is the only option to take advantage of the upgraded turbos.

Terrible take, people will spend much more on cars and still spend money to add a ton of power. I wouldn't really expect someone who opted for the 2.3 to understand.

Terrible answers. Well then I'm intelligent enough to not understand. We used to laugh at guys turbocharging their VW bugs then act like the baddest dude on the planet. You can't make this stuff up.

Some of us like to go fast, clearly you aren't intelligent enough to understand that. How could you be confused about people getting more performance out of a performance truck? I think the guys with the turbo bugs are more fun to be around than the guys wagging a finger at people for making power.
