I know there are many threads on this but older so posting a quick update.
I mainly just wanted to say thanks to this forum and all the input. I took my RR in for the brake recall so while there, had them perform an oil change and tire rotation. Because of what I had read on this forum, I knew to check the capacity they put in the truck and sure enough, only 6 quarts. I told the service advisor and tech. They said they always do 6 quarts, and I informed them that is for the 2.3 and 2.7 L engines. The 3.0 requires 7 quarts and showed them the manual. No questions or arguments, actually thanked me and topped off for free. They said I was the first RR they had serviced and everyone was drooling haha!!
Anyway, just wanted to share and say thanks again to you all. I learn something all the time on this forum so keep the good info coming!
