I have been trying to deside how i want you to setup my 2025 RR.
‘I know I want a covered bed. Trying to deside bed cover or topper.
I have been searching high and low around the interwebs trying to find pics of different setups.

I like to try and find as many pics as I can of stuff like this to help visualize them, and it generally helps me make up my mind as to what I would like best, both looks and function.

Below is about all the pics I could find ofirst my current front running options I am looking at.

I think I have it narrowed down to either a Diamondback 270.

Or an ARE topper. As far as topper go I really like their rear glass how it’s form fitted to the contours of the tailgate.

Finally a picture of Raptor with an ARE cap. When looking for a cap I called ARE they had no pictures or even a cap listed for Raptors. They weren't interested in selling a cap for the Raptor so I went with Leer that they trimmed and charged me extra for trimming.

There is likely to be another one coming in about 6-8 weeks . lol

I hope to get my new 25 RR picked up later this week, and place my ARE topper order next week.

Truck got delivered to my dealer yesterday.

I will be buying this rack as soon as they come out with a matching rack for the topper. I want the look of a continuous rack from front to back.
I'm not sure how they would do that with the variety of toppers on the market. Maybe give them a buzz and see what their plans are.

just got to match the width of their cab racks. my cap rails are only like 1/4" above the roof. use the proper t nuts in the cap rails, and have slots going across the width of the rack, and mount directly to the cap.

I ordered my ARE topper a couple weeks ago.
Should be another 4 weeks or so for it to come in.

Here the spec of the topper I ordered.

Any update on your topper? An ARE shell will be the first item on my list. I've got one on my 2005 Tundra I've been driving since 2008.

ETA is said to be Nov 1st since that is Saturday, I am assuming that to mean sometime 1st week in November. I went ahead and had the truck bed lined last weekend even though I am planning to have a bed rug installed over the top of it. Just figured it would protect paint from the carpet rubbing on it and these beds are made of really thin steel, just felt like it would help somehow to have it lined.

Been gathering up other stuff to go inside it to help with organizing tools and such.

Got an update on my ETA today. Was told it has shipped and should be getting delivered Monday or Tuesday. Sounds like they are booking installation appointments about a week out.
So, once it is confirmed delivered to the ARE dealer, they will set my install appointment for some time the following week.

Very nice!
Looks really sharp on there!
I think mine should be a pretty similar style only in the ARE brand.

Have you by chance used your rear slider for ventilation since installing the topper.
I was wondering how the topper was going to affect the ventilation mode.

Whenever I drive around on nice days with the window down, I open the rear slider to offset some of the air pressure. Makes for a really pleasant cruise experience on nice days.

Yeah I'm actually thrilled with how it looks. I was really worried that I might not like it. I tend to not like how they look on the standard Rangers, but on the Raptor I think it looks great! I do drive with all 4 windows down often in the summer, but funny enough I rarely open the back sliding window. And now it's October in Minnesota and regularly in the 40's, so my windows are mostly closed now. Sorry, can't help you there.
