Bedside steps I got off eBay came today. Think they came out of Thailand. Quality looks legit. Paid $450 for them new. Better than OEM price.

Not cheaper I ordered them when I ordered truck and I paid $295 for them.

True, but if you buy from inventory and they don’t have the steps, buying OEM from the dealer can run more than $600 per side. My local stealer priced everything out at $3100 not including installation.

Price, and oem vs. aftermarket aside, I suspect you're gonna love having these steps. They're so much better than steps built into a bumper because they're larger and farther forward and make accessing the bed, or climbing into the bed, so much easier. Especially for my old bones and bad knees.

1. Plus if you light them, you can see them in the dark. I tied them in to my bed light system which also includes the puddle lights.

Im the opposite.. I have them and wish I didnt...wonder what the no-step lower plastic fender would cost ???

Oh man, where were you when I was looking to do this job? I tried to work a trade with someone last year. I bet you could easily find someone looking to swap. If not hit me up, I would sell mine for $100 for both plus US shipping. They were in perfect condition when I took them off.
