First for anyone mentioning Toyota as an option, try ordering one the way YOU want, let me know how that goes.

As far as the Tremor- I really hope it add 4A. I don't really offroad, so I don't need any of the extras, but want the 4A, hell I'd be fine in an XLT with 4A
Yeah, 4A would be the other differentiator they could offer on the Tremor. I’d love to have it on my XL, given that our streets are often part-dry/part-snow covered in winter.

Interesting.
That would be nice if it had the 4A transfer case from the Raptor.

4A would be a nice upgrade to the non-Raptor trims. That is one feature GM somehow manages to put in just about all their trims.
I never really even thought to look on the Lariats I bought, I just happened to notice it after I picked up that first one. It's Ok but I do wish they had 4A. Here in the heartland, when we do get snow or ice it seldom stays around very long melts and re-freezes on a regular basis and that tends to be when you need to be running in 4A the most.

So I asked earlier, but it seems from others posts on other forums that the Tremors width and height difference is indeed from tire and wheel changes, not engineering changes to body or frame or suspension. I figured as much. So if you don't need the visuals then really you can have a "Tremor" but adding the size up on tires for the most part. Or am I over thinking this lol.

Fun fact: Chevy has quietly discontinued 4-Lo in all Colorado trims until you get to the Trail Boss.
Honestly that's wild. Although if I'm honest I'm not sure what I'd take if I were offered the option of 4A/4H or 4L/4H on a Ranger. May have picked the 4A/4H since the 10sp gives such a good crawling ratio and I'll probably never do any rock crawling where I'd need 4L.

The overseas Ranger has 4A in allot of trims besides the Raptor. The Tremor overseas has 4A so the NA version should too.

we don't always get what they get, case in point no rear seat vents!

I know that we do not get everything the overseas Ranger get like the grab handles, cooled seats, Platinum trim, and Super duty either. The Tremor needs to get the Auto 4wd are what's the point of it just tires and shocks that would be a big pass for me.

I’m betting tires, wheels and shocks is exactly what we get. TBD though.

don’t forget the sticker. šŸ˜€

maybe a couple more plates underneath

maybe the Xlt base with all the options vice the lariat and with these minor changes it is doesnt compete in price with the raptor

i think it would be smart

not everyone wants to buy a truck and immediately go out and by different wheels, tires, and shocks

I'm guessing not. Because the U.S. Ranger Lariat doesn't have it, but the U.S. F150 Lariat does.
I would like to see it in more Ranger trims here in the states. That pretty much locks me into only wanting a Raptor if my next truck is a Ranger.
