An Easy Mod - Decal Removal

I thought about removing my SPORT decals. Then I decided to have the RANGER letters on the tailgate designed to match. Black/white/black outline on clear so the body color shows through.

Are they reflective looks minimalistic very nice !

No, not reflective at all, but I have a light bar above the bumper that gets a lot of visibility.

I see this is the thread to show it off. LOL. Here's mine. Took off the FX4 decals 30 days after purchase since I took it to the Gorge Amphitheatre. Besides the cover, v6 accents, it all stock.

I made them take off the Raptor decals on the bed sides when I took delivery. They were just too dang big and "shouty". I also took off the dealer decal on the tailgate, and the dealer license plate frames. They never fit right anyway.

When I purchased I wrote into the deal sheet, "Removal of all dealer branding, internal or external to the vehicle, is required prior to delivery and acquisition by the buyer. All dealer installed components not already agreed to in this purchase agreement will be removed, deactivated or made non-functional at dealer cost without impairing the intended function of all vehicle systems; these actions will occur prior to delivery and acquisition by the buyer." I required the Sales Monkey, Sales Manager and Store General Manager to sign and date before I would sign any paperwork. I've done this with my purchases for the past 25 years, goes a long way to stopping the shenanigans.

Thinking about taking my bed side Raptor stickers off my ‘25 RR (Shelter Green). If they weren’t so big especially since the bed is only 5’. Wish the stickers were 2/3 the size. No issue with the tailgate “Raptor” badge.

I decided to take off my bed side stickers from my 2026 RR... and boy did it make a difference:

I think I'll try and put the stickers back on... it seems to have less power now, and the handling seems a bit spongy, but I can't charge or plug in my phone anymore. I also seem to have lost CarPlay and all of the Ford apps. Can't seem to find the USB port anywhere.

A white Raptor without any stickers looks like a County Utility Truck that has a DOT number on the door… that’s what the wife said when I was deciding on Graphics or not. I could not unsee it, so I got the Graphics and love it…!

He calls all that crap inlay on instruments "Mother of Toilet Seat".

What do you use to remove the bed decals?

Chisel. No seriously, I think you just need to get an edge started and they should peel right off. Some people say to do it when it's hot out.
