I ordered May 26th & still haven’t been scheduled, I’ve seen on Facebook today where guys that didn’t order until last week got scheduled today. I really don’t understand WTF is going on but it’s pissing me off. Ford seems to have no rhyme or reason to all this bullshit!!Ordered June 6th and still nothing
I was surprised as well. I don’t actually expect it to be built then though. I’m sure the strike, supply chain, transportation delays, and/or whatever else will have the date ping ponging around for awhile. Gives me slight hope I might get it before the end of the year though.
Can you download your window sticker? I had a VIN for my Maverick order and a schedule week but could not print out the window sticker. Sat like that for ~6-8 weeks. I was told (and experienced) once you can download, open and print your Monroney sticker is when they are very near ready to put you in the factory and build your truck. It went pretty fast after that. Good Luck!
Correct, it is like a lottery you have no control over. many people assume it is a FIFO process based on when you ordered, but it is not. It's just a day-to-day thing with what parts arrive at the faactory to allow them to build certain trucks. Constrained items fit into this, and that is a constantly moving target too!
But then what is the purpose of a priority code? I would imagine a priority 3 is going to take precedence of my paltry 19
Priority code matters within your dealership. In other words, if one person has priority code 3 and one has 19 in the same dealership then 3 will get scheduled first if there is no parts constraints. However, a 3 at one dealership doesn’t trump a 19 at another dealership.
That's nice of them to say, but we know it isn't really true. Raptors that were ordered well after me have been scheduled and I don't have a single option selected on my build.

Yep. You’ll be waiting a LONG time for your ranger if you haven’t added side steps to your FX4 order. Better call your dealer and fix it.
I'd pull off anything that you can get done easily after taking delivery. The Spray in Bedliner will delay your delivery. I was told this by multiple dealers. You can get Linex at home same day, Ford will send your truck out to get sprayed.
And if you’ve ever seen the spray in liner Ford adds…it’s terrible. Wears easy. And they don’t pull hardware either so you have to chisel it away if you want to remove the bed cleat. I’m having mine done by the dealer at LineX
