2024 Ranger (non Raptor) Scheduling

Not all Raptors are scheduled, I ordered May 26th, Iconic Silver, decal kit, mud flaps, keyless entry keypad. Nothing out of the ordinary that would keep it from a vin & build date but still nothing.

I’d be inclined to think that the dealership didn’t give you the allocation. But who knows

Is this an actual chat function or the “chat” is a phone call? When I open Ford Chat, I only see an explanation with a phone number, so I’m assuming the “chat” is telephonic as opposed to texting?

It's a chat function. Underneath the description/times available for Chat, there's a button to Start Chatting.

If the "Start Chatting" button is missing, it's likely because you did not allow Ford to know your location.

I just finished chat a little while ago and my status is still "Order Processing".

Mine too. I can't say I like the term "order processing" when it is months. more like "awaiting for Ford to even look at your order", as "processing" surely can't take that long.

The one with the question marks for the Order Date is mine. Ordered July 5th. No spray liner, no securicode, no box step.

I didn’t realize you were trying to look for patterns. My ordered truck has the chrome package, which includes the box step, advanced towing, a locking rear differential and rubber mats without the carpet ones.
