2025 Dual exhaust

I went to two places (only 2 in town, really) and the first place said i had to leave for twp days because they had to custom make the system. And they were already booked for today 750-800 bucks.

The second place said 2 hours and they could do it now. And military discount so 650.

We pulled it on the rsck snd i showed them the pics from hmthis thread, they said got it. And i went and test drove a ranger raptor. When i walked back to the shop, it was done

I’m glad you found a place to do it for you. Now there are two that i know of 2024+ Rangers with dual exhaust out the back. (Non Raptor) . Are you changing the muffler?

Yes, its a brand i didnt recognize, the place's house band, but he said its a magnaflow copy

I had my exhaust custom done. Half the price of buying a one online. And as you said they didn’t make it for the 24+. I have the 2.3 and i like the look. I went with black tips.

i think i am going to go with black tips. since my truck is an stx, i don't have chrome or anything shiny aluminum (other than the xlt wheels i have on for now). so, since i have going to get wheels that are not chrome down the road, might as well stay with the subdued look and go with black tips.

now, rolled straight cut tips or trumpets. or the other classic look, turned down tips?

Thats mine. From a stop and accelerating to 60mph with the start having to get on the gas a bit because of traffic.

The radio is set at 6, just for reference.

My father in law called me amd said he took his 25 xlt and got dual exhaust put on, too. Same place i went to.

He ssid he listened to a few different mufflers and ended up with a generic flowmaster. I looked snd we have the same muffler, ha ha ha.

Well, just drove for 2 days and the exhaust is great. No drone, no noise, no issues

I have it on good authority that cutting in the after burner adds around 45HP & only reduces mpg to around 14!
Are you getting similar results?
