24 XLT 2nd transmission 12K, 3rd transmission 18k issue breakdown for reference

Have to say as frustrating, and disapointing as this is in a brand new truck my local Ford dealer service department has been awesome with troubleshooting and then replacing both transmissions and returning my truck on the 3 rd day...

Disappointed yes.. Mad meh.. it's under warranty and 2 day turn around... could be worst lol

I see they also put a rebuilt transmission in yours. I'm dealing with this now on my 25 with 1600 miles.
How is the latest transmission holding up? How many miles have you put on it?

A positive. You get to see how the dealer is handling the situation and dealing with their customers. Finding out if they are reputable.

Stellantis, may have tried the Delay, Deny, Defend route.
At least Ford seems to be upfront with their recalls and Warranties.

Second replacement transmission with same issues... Ford repurchased truck.. took several months but satisfied with Ford customer care and resolving the issue.

Wow crazy how 2 transmissions have the same issue. Ford needs to ditch these 10 speeds (GM also) they are just not good transmissions. Glad Ford took care of you.

Right?! I drove while he rode passenger with his laptop plugged into obd11 to record what transmission was doing. As I said previously the technician and whole service department at Bellingham Ford are the best I have experienced in all my years of owning Fords. Ford Motor Company customer service had all the details they needed and repurchased the truck,

Having multiple failures - I wonder if trans cooler lines had debris that grenaded second unit?

Rolling backwards in drive??? I have only experienced this once in my driveway and was weird..but never had any other shifting or other issues.. I cant recall exactly everything but it felt like it was going backwards in drive so i stopped ,shift in park and then went back into drive and it drove normally
