Why? What's the point? I mean Ranger in all trim levels offers 100% phone integration via Car Play, Android Auto or (if you're kinda old fashioned) Bluetooth.

There is already an android auto app that lets you mirror your phone to the headunit and play videos/browser the internet/play games. this seems redundant

i understand the usage because loading the stuff to run fermata auto isn't the easiest if you are not decent with computer stuff.

i have the roam mount for my truck but i also have fermata auto so i can watch videos on the center screen

you have to download it from another place, not the app store because i don't think its on there. google a youtube video for it, there is a good one with links and tells you exactly what to do. i am not a computer guy and i was able to figure it out

How do you convert a phone holder to a bullet? Mount it in the path of the airbag. Reminds me of when some people were machining aluminum decals to go on the center section of their Chargers steering wheel.

i think my mazda has a recall on the mazda steering wheel emblem for exactly what you are talking about. they said hte emblem could come off in an airbag deployment and cause serious injuries
