Nice! I’ve considered taking my FX4 decals off….no noticeable fade after a year? Although black is likey a better colour than cactus grey for fade resistance

After polishing up with some detailing spray I'm not seeing a difference between paint that was under the decal and the surround. There was some adhesive residue and perimeter to dirt of clean up, Chemical Guys detailing spray cleaned everything up.

Thinking about taking my bed side Raptor stickers off my ‘25 RR (Shelter Green). If they weren’t so big especially since the bed is only 5’. Wish the stickers were 2/3 the size. No issue with the tailgate “Raptor” badge.

I also have a Shelter Green 25 Raptor, but made the mistake of letting my friends talk me into NOT taking it off before I had it Ceramic coating applied. I guess I’m commited to the sticker for awhile.

First thing I did was remove the FX4 decals. IMO they cheapen it up. They’re sticker’s with flashy colors. I would prefer an emblem that’s embossed that portrays more value. $40k for truck with a sticker?

I also immediately remove or have dealer remove their advertising decals. If they want to put their dealership decal on my truck, or license plate brackets, they can compensate me for advertising! Of course they never agree to that, so gone.

I was going to remove the FX4 decals as soon as I got home from the dealership, just like I'd done on my previous F150. But once I mentioned this to the dealer, they had their detail guys do it when the prepped it for delivery.

After a year of ownership today I decided to remove the "Sport" decals from my '24 Lariat. A very simple mod with a nice clean result.
I like the unobtrusive look. I removed the graphics from my RR the day after I got it home. $750 option I didn't want, but that is how the truck came.

I once had a Sales Monkey argue with me when I told him to have the dealer advertising bits removed. He tried to tell me it was not something they could do, it was illegal for them to do so. His story changed quickly when I made it clear, if they do not remove the dealer name from the car then it was a no sale and I was leaving. Boom, the decals, stuck on bits and license plate frame were gone. Amazing isn't it?
