We've had Casper, my wife's white 25 RR, since this past Dec. and it wasn't until today that I knew there was a secret little storage compartment above the glove box. I knew the F150's and my SD F350 had one but I didn't know the RR's had them until today when my daughter pushed the little button and opened it up and said hey dad did you know this was here like you truck. The completely slackjawed dumdfounded look on my face pretty much gave it away so I couldn't even lie to save face.

Geez talk about feeling like an idiot!!

Curious if any of you discovered it, after, you had your RR's for awhile and how long it took before you discovered it. We've had my wife's for seven months so I'm guessing I'll probably win the dumbass award for the longest without knowing it was there. :(

Posted same thing but it was 2 or 3 months after buying it. Felt like a moron after reading another post in the forum about hand gun storage and thinking “upper glove box?” Sure enough the next morning, there it was…😳🙄

My wife didn't know though until I showed her about two weeks after I got it and she wanted to drive it. One of the first things I do in a new car though is start pushing all the buttons just to see what they do and hope I don't get ejected from the car on a rocket powered seat like a fighter jet

That compartment reminded me of my old 94 Ranger where you could pry off the passenger airbag cover (did not have airbag equipped) and use it for secret storage.

Like I tell everyone I train on equipment at work. "pretend you're 12 again, play with it a little bit" ahahahah they normally tell us. "this starts it, this is drove, reverse, this does this, and that does that, you'll figgure the rest out"

I give em little more detail then I was ever taught, but I always end it with. "play with it like you're 12 again, push buttons, see what does what" lol
