My exhaust showed up today !

only real complaint is the pipes are full of grease from the mandrel bending

it’s all 304 stainless , the pipe joints are mig welded - but that’s up behind the spare tire anyway

tips look good . Looks like a fusion laser weld for the pie cuts .

I’m excited to hear it and see how it looks

I might snag these pipes before heading to Utah next Spring. I'd rather have the mbrp smashed over the OEM pipes.

No wonder they didn’t show closeups

If you have welded any time in your life you would know that those pie cuts look pretty good .. stainless needs to be purged and not get sugar on the inside . Looks like they just went a bit heavy with the wire cause it is not 035-045 tubing to fuse weld .. polish with a flap disc get the excess off and the scotch brite and will look fine if you do not like the pie cuts .. i would put my left nut down and say the mandrel Could not bend the end it would just pop out .. i do not know though have seen some super odd ways people have welded and bent pipe over my 15 years of fabricating and welding ..

I have just the tailpipes on mine and it has a deeper tone. IMO of course, but I like the sound much better. Not tech savvy so no uploads for ya, besides sound is such an individual judgement. If there is still a wait on black just get them coated locally.

I had MBRP on my 2016 Mustang GT. It rumbled and burbled down low , sound pissed off when it got on the cams. Loved it!
After I get my tune next week will be taking a hardook at this. Just looking for a bit deeper tone. Do not want to change the rest of the exhaust system....yet.

Is there any comparision videos or sound clips of the MBRP compared to Borla or Flowmast, ect?

Need moar sound clips. I think the truck cold startup sounds great on the stock exhaust but driving it--- i think it'd be nice to have a louder and deeper exhaust. Would love to get feedback on it!
