Chirping noise from engine bay

The only post I have seen suggesting is it's something to do with the wastegate.

I'm determined to figure this out. I took a picture of my wife's 2022 bronco 2.7, and it has a different brake booster from what I have in my 2025 ranger, and the videos I have posted of both the expedition and bronco raptor both are 2025. I have a hunch this has to do with the newer brake booster. If anyone can comment if they have the older vs newer brake booster, it's going to strengthen our argument to ford that their update has caused an issue with the newer. I've posted the pic of the previous version (red on bronco), a video I found online of someone replacing a 2024 ranger brake booster, and my 2025 brake booster. The 2025 front part appears different than previous model boosters. The sound is coming from that black colored part on the front of the booster for me. Any suggestions or comments are welcomed.

Ya all the dealers say it’s normal or say they can’t hear it. Ford needs to step up and find a solution

Previously I had said the chirp was random, which it still is and is on startup within first 5-10 minutes. However I was watching brake boost videos and their troubleshooting, so I was messing around with it. I found a way to get the chirp “on demand” if you start your truck, prior to putting in drive, pump the brakes 5/6 times, and magically, it will chirp. So next service I will have something they can repeat.

Mine will chirp when I unlock it or you will hear it on a remote start. I think they just don’t care cause there is not light on the dash and they can just give a no problem found and call it a day.

Just picked up my truck from the dealer. "noise is normal everything checks good". I will be contacting Ford.
Anyone who has already done this, Did you just call customer service or do it online?

I contacted Ford today by phone and reported the problem and they gave me a case #.

Apparently calling Ford is pointless. They told me they can't make the dealerships do anything. The new noise after the update is OK because everything is still working. She then told me to just take it to another dealership. So far no one seems too motivated to figure out and fix this issue.
Maybe I didn't get the greatest customer service rep. When I said I have a 2025 Ranger Raptor, she asked "is that a truck?"

this is nuts...... between the chirping of the brake booster (we think) and the popping from what I think is the blend door actuator, I think Ford traded dash rattles for tech rattles. insane. these drive me nuts!

Just got off the phone with Ford Customer Relations. Explained the issue in detail. They state they will be looking into it and will update me. If I get an update I'll send along.
