I just purchased a 2025 Lariat and was looking at getting the 17" x 8.5" Dyno Gray wheels. If I stay with the factory size 255/70 tires will clearance be ok? My Ranger will be a bit of a highway queen and used for towing a boat a few times a year from NJ to FL and back, so I was looking at getting more of a touring highway tire that's good in the rain and move away from AT tires. Something like the Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra's. The spec's on this tire are: 255/70/17, Rim Width Range: 6.5-8.5", Meas. Rim Width: 8", Sect. Width: 10.2", Tread Width: 7.6" Overall Diam.: 31.1"

I’m wondering the same thing too. I want to order those wheels for my Lariat but plan on going with 255/70R17 Wildpeaks or maybe KO3’s. Anyone know if those will clear with no issue?

@dbunch904 I think the fit would be contingent on the offset. The offset on the stock factory wheels is +55mm, Tremor wheels is +42mm, which gave me enough clearance to run the 265/70/17 factory tremor tires (General ATX). I suspect I could even run 275's in the future, perhaps after I level it.

The performance wheels actually have the same +55mm offset. The only difference is that they’re 8.5 inches wide instead of 7.5 on the stock lariat wheels. So I’m thinking 255/70R17 will still be ok with no suspension mod.

I posted earlier in the thread and to report back I think I’ve settled on grabbing a pair of Bronco takeoffs. They are the same offset and come in 17ā€ at various widths. Around me I’ve seen all 5 wheels w TPMS for $3-400.

I recently ordered and installed these Ford Performance wheels on my Ranger with Falken Wildpeaks in 255/70 tires. So far no rubbing that I can see. The issue I am having is getting the TPMS sensors to connect. They are the ones Ford sent in the kit along with the wheels. Anyone else had any issues or know any tricks to get them to work? I get to the ā€œlearningā€ mode but when I go and use the tool on the first tire, it doesn’t seem to be finding it. Even tried the ā€œairing down methodā€, nothing!
I know I’ve seen treads specifically talking about TPMS but I kinda wanted to hear from others who are specifically running this wheel Kit.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the "fits 2019 - 2024"? Do you happen to know what frequency the TPMS operates at? For 2019 - 2024 it's 315 mhz, in 2025 they switched to 433 mhz.

No clue about the frequency. When I ordered it it said 2019-2026, I even saved my order emails that say that ā€œJust in caseā€, last I checked it they have it back to 2019 x 2024 LOL šŸ˜‚.
I did a little more searching online and found something about going into the settings in the trucks menu and resetting the TPMS system.
When I went in my truck to do that and put it in accessory mode, magically it was now reading all four tire pressures. Guess it just needed some time.
I wish Ford would’ve just included some sort of instructions with the Wheels/TPMS sensors. Wouldā€˜ve avoided alot of frustration and f bombs.
