I ordered mine yesterday from the Ford dealer. Same problem as everyone dealer could not find the part from Ford Performance. I used the Ford Performance chat and they helped the dealer get it. The person at Ford Performance said demand was more than they had expected ,that they were boxing them up to send out. Told me not to delay my order. Ford dealer said should have it next week. $825

Do you have documentation? I don't believe it unless there's written proof, and even then I probably won't. Just sounds like anecdotal stories to me.

I know. Sorry you have to be an attorney that works directly for Ford to post anything about the warranty or tune. It also has to be notarized. Otherwise it’s all just heresy.

You are able to purchase the tune from any Ford dealership as well as any of our distributors, as long as you do not live in California. The tune is still waiting to be approved due to the CARB regulations there, so we do not offer the Buy It Now button for that reason.

As much as I want to pull the trigger on this asap, I too am going to wait for confirmation on if this will void the powertrain portion of my ESP. I've got a 10 year 100k mile ESP and don't want to see the powertrain portion null/voided due to this "Modification." I rolled the dice on my Focus ST with a Cobb Tuner and had zero issues, but knowing that things are quite a bit more expensive to repair these days, especially on a RR versus a Focus ST, I'm going to wait for clarification lol.
