Please tell me is that a Midsize or a Silverado?Ironic I bailed on my lariat yesterday and picked up a z71 ‘rado too! My build for the lariat was 49k and change and this thing was 47. Saved 2k![]()
This is a Colorado. It is a midsized. Please tell me is that a Midsize or a Silverado?
Absolutely they are. They couldn’t care less about the Ranger in North America. F-150 is where they focus.I think Ford is more concerned to sell F-150 in North America.
Thats literally not even the point. The point is that they CAN'T get these products out when theres any ounce of demand, is the reason why this company loses. The fact that we have all these people in this forum that are hard core enthusiastic about this product, but are now starting to look at the competition is a systematic problem.do you think they enjoy not selling vehicles? where do you find any logic in the idea that they don't want these trucks out?
Not a single person with a confirmed order has been waiting anywhere close to a year and there is no indication that they will need to.Im a Ford Fan-Boy but waiting a year for a '24 Ranger is ridiculous
Thank you! This is a Colorado. It is a midsized.
I have a confirmed order and I've been waiting for over a year now. I sold my 5G Ranger Oct. of 2022 in anticipation of the new model we all knew was "coming soon". The announcement took way longer than most of us expected. I thought they'd announce in Feb., order banks open by March, and getting our trucks delivered by Sept/Oct. time frame. Not a single person with a confirmed order has been waiting anywhere close to a year and there is no indication that they will need to.
Order banks opened in May 2023 and Ford said from day 1 (prior to UAW strike) that trucks would start being delivered in fall 2023. The UAW strike pushed those dates back by 3-4 months.....not 10.
Where do you guys come up with this stuff lmao.
You became impatient and you made an assumption and it was an incorrect assumption. That's not Ford's fault that you sold your vehicle months before we had any official dates for this truck.I have a confirmed order and I've been waiting for over a year now. Ford has managed to push everything back. Considering this is a truck that has been built for over a year in the rest of the world, we all thought it would go fast here in the US since it's not the first time they've done this. Yes, the UAW strike pushed everything back by 3-4 months but Ford shit the bed on that one too. They knew for months that deadline was coming and didn't even start negotiating until after the strike.
This is exactly what I am talking about. The whole supply shortage is bullshit because theres 100 F150s and mach-e sitting on each dealer lot. The whole strike delay is bull shit, because they had 4 years to prevent a strike. Whats going to happen when this current contract expires in 4 years right when everyone is scrambling to put in warranty claims.I have a confirmed order and I've been waiting for over a year now.
