I placed my order on 10/21 and the Ford site said 'in Stock". Immediately went to 'processing' and has remained that way.Mine still show “processing”.

Call your credit card company. They will cancel the order for you…So, I ask, "What is the process to just cancel the order?"
The response I received back was, "You can only cancel 1 day after the order is placed.".
So, They won't deliver it, they won't cancel it, and I have a pending $2K charge on my card. I can't even go out and buy something else.

I ordered mine over 7 months ago and still no ETA.The Ford Parts department is run by a bunch of morons. I placed an order for the J Brace kit along with some other Ford accessories in October. All the other parts shipped shortly after ordering. I was notified that the J Braces were on back order, that’s fine.
Over 5 weeks my order was partially fulfilled due to backorder on the J Braces. I had an authorization charge every week. During those 5 weeks the J Braces came back in stock multiple times and my order was never fulfilled. I called customer service multiple times when I saw them in stock and they said my order was processing. In the end, they cancelled the backorder and the J Braces are now out of stock and doesn’t even say “More coming soon”.
To say I’m annoyed is an understatement.
