What's this piece of felt for between Cab and bed. Seems attached. Hard to get out. Looks like something that could get damp and hold water.

I think it is for sound deadening. Threads on the F150 forum mention it coming loose.

It seems attached.

Although all i had to get to it is a hiking pole. i think I could have got it out . feels like its attached.
i will try to get it back straight and not bound up. Funny i could almost get to it from those holes underneath the front side bed. hard to get at. If I wish to take it out i will find a better tool to do the job. Add it to the list.

I used an 90° oring pick. and the bed access ports at the front of the bed. see my comment above to link to the other thread I commented on. it s attached via pins. and m cousin works in the part dept at my dealership, and the ford part number comes up as invalid part # in the ford dealership parts computer systems
