Did you notice a pattern of when it started?
AFAIK, you can schedule a specific day, or days of the week, and set it to repeat weekly.
What you can't do, is have it start at one specific day of the month, i.e., can't set it to start at 9AM on the 15th of every month.
Did you buy this truck new off the lot from a Ford dealer? Maybe the dealer had access and scheduled to start while it sat on the lot.
Look in the app for other authorized drivers. Or follow the reset instructions there to remove anyone that might have access.

Do a master reset of the truck. Someone has access, or there's a bug in the system. I'm leaning toward the former. But a master reset of the system and then reconnecting just your app should take care of it. Did you buy the truck new?

I bought the truck new- ordered it and it did not sit on the lot. I've been driving it since March of 2024 and as far as I know this just started happening, (Ford app update??) unless it happened before and I just didn't know. The 2 times I know about, someone else saw it running while parked at my office. There is nothing scheduled in the app. I double checked. The only people with access are myself and my brother and he isn't doing it. Depending on what happens tomorrow morning, I will uninstall the app and reinstall.

Sure you trust him, but maybe he has a scheduled start set that he is unaware of. I would be checking his app myself to make sure. He might be completely unaware?

Exactly. It's not about trust, it's about cause. Start eliminating potential causes, with the most probable first. That's how basic problem solving begins.

He hasn't set up any scheduled starts. Even if he had it would show on my app, but I had him check his app anyway.

It did not start this morning. It occurred to me this morning, that both times it started (that I'm aware of) was on a Tuesday morning, which goes back to suspicion of a scheduled remote start, however, none exist. I'm going to wait until next Tuesday and see what happens and go from there.

Well, I know my brother and trust him or I wouldn't have given him access to the app for my truck, so regardless what you suspect, I am certain he wasn't doing it. Besides- I also have access to his truck so if I thought he was messing with me I could do it right back.

The truck did not start yesterday morning, but the other thing is- how many times could it have started and I just didn't know?
