I can see the Ranger Raptor get a significant price increase to distance itself from the rest of the lineup. I already feel like it is underpriced compared to its competition.
Good thing we got them now

Yea, very well could be what is about to happen.
Based on where the Tremmor was priced before when we had it in 5th gen.
‘The Raptor more or less took its place.

The Tremor option in 2022 was $4290.00
I believe a little less then that separates the Lariat and the Raptor today.

Apply that option price to the base price of this 2025 model Lariat.
Probably should add a few hundred for inflation from 22 to 26.
Add $1000 price increase For 2026 .
‘It won’t shock me to see it come in close to $53k without any extra option like trailer pkg and bed liner , convince pkg. Your then at 55k with 2.3L and pushing $58k with the 2.7L.

Dope. I’m guessing 2.7, rear locker, limited slip front, 1.5” lift and Bilsteins. Pretty similar to the F150 Tremor, in other words.
It's not getting a limited slip front. If anything a locker from the Raptor, but globally and last gen the Ranger Tremor wasn't a front LSD truck. Globally the Tremor has an open front diff.

You think a $60k midsize truck is underpriced? My goodness...

GM is cheaper. Jeep is cheaper. Nissan is cheaper.. if we're looking at top trim levels.
Have you actually priced any of those "other" top trim trucks? 😲

The Raptor is currently an absolute bargain for what you get.

I'm betting that's exactly what will happen. While it's an additional trim level to the lineup, I don't think it's a good deal for US consumers. Especially ones who plan to purchase a Raptor in the future.

True.

Only way I could see it being a good thing for Raptor customers, would be if they gave us something extra for the added cost. Like cooled seats, and other upscale stuff we have been asking for.

More or less push it upscale a bit to justify the added price.
That would not bother me anyway. As long as I got something for the added cost.

Yes, I do. At least the RR is.

Absolutely. I feel fortunate to have purchased mine before the mid-year price increase and the destination/delivery price increase. Saved me ~$1K off of the current MSRP. And BTW, I did pay MSRP.

Curious what you're comparing to the RR in those other brands.
As others have already mentioned.
The RR is the cheapest of all of them in comparison to their top trim levels.
Almost every comparison reviews out their points that out. That the Raptor is an exceptionally good value in comparison to all the competition.

Only outlier might be the Nissan, since they don't exactly have anything quite on par with the top offerings from the others.

The Raptor is a good value relative to the competition, I would only point out that I see Colorado ZR2s and Tacoma TRD Pros at 10% under MSRP while most Raptors are still selling at or above.

But I think the Raptor premium is justified.

I got my Lariat around 14% off sticker with Ford and dealer discounts so it's not really as easy as comparing a $51k Lariat to the $56k Raptor, for example. Although I did see a $2k off Raptor on the forum so maybe the ice is breaking!

Those pictures are all from overseas markets (Australia and Europe). TBD what it actually is here in North America.
