Oil catch can question?

Is anyone installing an OIL CATCH CAN on the 2025 and up 2.3ltr Ranger?
If you do, can you share which is good easy install as well as a trusted unit. Thanks

i think since those have the dual injection set up, you don't really need a catch can like you do on the 2024 2.3 engines.

but when you searched nothing has come up? i know there has been a few catch can threads

I’m new to the Ranger “eco-boost” world been a long time taco NA V6 guy. And about to pull the trigger on a 2025 2.3ltr FX4 XLT so I can use all the advice

I just ordered a UPR set up for my Ranger Raptor, I know a 3.0 is not a 2.3 but I traded a 2.3 Bronco for the Ranger and I had a UPR set up for it.
Install on the 2.3 Bronco was relativity easy and the Can did its job.
I've been using UPR cans on various vehicles for several years now and they work as advertised.

BTW: UPR does Military and Veteran discounts....

MODERN DAY SET Is Direct injection, is what it is. INTAKE VALVES WILL NEVER GET CLEANED UP…..

Dual injection system can clean the intake ports and intake valves no problem there…

Upr on my truck, and coyote powered cars, just works 5 min install...2025 2.3 ranger already has a little @ 1,6xx mikes installed at 500

Dual injection certainly helps with carbon buildup on intake ports, but tests have shown to reduce buildup by roughly half. I’ve seen videos testing this on ford’s 3.5 but there have been others too.

Even in the mpc,(with port/di) it is gathering some "blow by" that isn't making it back into the intake track,tb,etc and all the other places not desired

I have J&L separators on my Mustang (running 11 psi of boost) and on the Ranger.
Over the course of the summer they accumulate between 3 and 4 ounces of oil each.
Do you want that oil to accumulate on the inside of the intercooler, intake tract and eventually the intake valves or in a separator that can be emptied in mere minutes?

First thing I installed on my 2025 XLT FX4 was a UPR catch can. WAY TOO EASY OF AN INSTALL! Takes all of 5 minutes. Crazy easy!
