Mine came trashed also by FedEx. What did RCI do to help you? They only offered me 75.00 and told me to go buy some touchup paint.
Last pic you can see where the FexEx person just dragged it on the driveway!

I'd say that is RCI's fault and not FedEx. That is shit packaging for a heavy, pointy item like that.

Im currently looking at getting the RCI slider for the RR. Do you know if RCI offers freight pickup? Might save me some damage. When i do get them I'll be offloading the OEM raptor steps

The damage sux... But if I use my sliders properly the scratches will blend in eventually, so I'm not gonna worry about it too much.

I did get a hold of RCI, you can do freight pickup but you have to coordinate that through FedEx once the package is in their system, is what i was told. Other wise some random delivery drive has to lug the 120lb+ sliders..
