Did mine around same mileage. Couldn’t find a stronger aftermarket option. Had to go back factory and at the time I had to get the whole rear housing gears everything, cost around $7k. You’re Blessed because now you can buy the individual parts (left/right link below). Had the links handy because another guy who snapped his asked me yesterday about
Left Axle
Right Axle
A sales rep at Detroit Axle told me in January that they were working on them & should be out by March. I’ve not followed up or know of an aftermarket option.

“And speaking of the axle, to an old-school four-wheeler this rear axle might bear a strong resemblance to a Ford 9-inch. After all, the backside of the pumpkin is smooth and there’s a dropout centersection up front. Well, it’s not a 9-inch. Instead, it’s a bit smaller. The axle comes from American Axle Manufacturing in Thailand (where Ford also sells this truck). It has an 8.9-inch ring gear, electronic locking differential, and 4.27:1 gears.”
thanks for posting this. I have found info online that said it is a 8.9" AAM axle, and other places say it runs the m220 gears like a Rubicon.

Does anyone know the spline count on the front and rear axles?

Have this. Hopefully it helps. Some reason the front/rear axles are one of the great mysteries of the world.

No Warranty option?
Depends on your Ford dealership.

Different brand/size wheels/tires and they can deny it. Height width rotational mass etc

Not counting performance modifications.
